Well, another day, another momentous Supreme Court decision, this time regarding the extent of the powers of the EPA.
That means only one thing on Tom Mullen Talks Freedom, another excuse to get one of my favorite guests, bestselling author and constitutional scholar Kevin Gutzman on to break down the decision, including its merits and shortcomings.
You really have to have your constitutional thinking cap on when listening to Kevin, because this is not about policy preferences. Both he and I believe civilians should have expansive liberty to keep and bear arms. But we also both disagreed with the SCOTUS decision limiting New York's ability to regulate firearms (and I live under the god awful government in Albany myself).
So, you'll just have to listen to today's episode to find out where we stand on the EPA decision. I guarantee you it will be worth the time.
There is also a link to Kevin's new book, coming out in December but available for pre-order now, on the show notes page.
Tomorrow, I will have an article on where all the recent SCOTUS decisions may be leading on my Patreon. If you're not already a subscriber, please consider supporting my efforts there.
