I have to admit, today's episode of Tom Mullen Talks Freedom was even more fun than usual. My guest is Jason Rink, documentary filmmaker and fellow Ron Paul Revolutionary from back in the day. And he's really good at what he
does.
Jason is every bit the libertarian he was ten years ago, but he had a filmmaker's interest in the Trump MAGA movement and especially one of its more eccentric characters, Jake Angeli, the now-notorious, "Q Shaman." Jason had interviewed Angeli before January 6, 2021 and was at the event
filming when the so-called "insurrection" took place.
Getting word from an associate that Angeli had entered the Capitol, Jason did what any filmmaker or competent journalist would do. He got what turned out to be the only interview with Angeli before Angeli's arrest on January 9.
Now, back in the Old Normal - our overtaxxed, overregulated lives pre-2020 - it was considered good journalism to interview people who might be of interest to the public, including those the government considered criminals or enemies. It was considered good journalism to interview Osama
Bin Laden, for example
But not anymore. Merely for taking a filmmaker's interest in Jake Angeli (hardly Osama Bin Laden), Jason was given the royal Big Tech Memory Hole treatment. "Thou shalt not even speaketh his name," said the Establishment.
What are they so afraid of?
Well, Tom Mullen Talks Freedom specializes in bringing history, people, and ideas back from the Memory Hole. Check out this informative and entertaining episode with Jason Rink and make sure you visit the show notes
page and follow the link to Jason's trailer for Q Sent Me: A Film About the Q Shaman and the Untold Story of January 6th.
Don't forget my new e-book, An Anti-State
Christmas, is also available in paperback here. It'll cost you less than a fiver and makes a great stocking stuffer!
Get a few copies for friends and loved ones who could use some deprogramming or even just a few laughs.
Thanks for all your support,
