The Trump administration maintains it is having “talks” with Iran aimed at reaching an agreement to end hostilities. Iran continues to publicly deny any talks are occurring. Meanwhile, another Trump
deadline approaches after which either the Strait of Hormuz is open or the administration attacks Iran's energy infrastructure.
Think about what is going on here. A U.S. president issued an ultimatum, failed to follow through, and is not chasing the Iranian government, practically begging to negotiate, while the Iranian's refuse to even consider it.
How did we get
here? And who, if anyone, is the administration talking to in Iran?
I actually have three different theories about what is going on behind the scenes, as well as some other observations about the war, that I discuss on today's episode of Tom Mullen Talks Freedom.
