The days keep counting down until Trump is sworn in as president and The Swamp continues to bellow about Trump's cabinet picks. Not all of them, of course. The neocons he's selected to run his foreign policy have inspired
nary a whimper, but the controversial picks - the good ones - have the lizard people practically peeling off their scales.
Matt Gaetz in particular seems to scare the living daylights out of them, judging by the smear pieces commandeering prime legacy media web page real estate on a daily basis. I can't imagine what those of you who still watch cable news are hearing.
You really ought
to cancel cable, btw. Whether you watch their shows or not, the fact you have a cable subscription means some of your money goes to NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc. I canceled cable in June 2020 and literally have not had access to cable news in over four years. I haven't missed it for a moment.
Canceling your cable subscription would strike a significantly more devastating blow for freedom than boycotting Bud Light - although in both cases
you are boycotting a product that sucks in the first place.
In a last gasp attempt to save their jobs lest people take my advice above, Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s Morning Joe made a trip to Mar-a-Lago to meet with President-elect Trump. Takes are numerous, with liberals decrying their betrayal while conservatives either celebrate their surrender or call them out as self-serving hypocrites.
But their account of the meeting, and in particular one thing Mika said in recounting it, belies a now longstanding imperial talking point. I talk about that on today's episode of Tom Mullen Talks Freedom.
