In 2016, Trump ran on an America First foreign policy and promised to keep the U.S. out of unnecessary wars. But he filled his administration with neoconservatives who didn’t agree with his foreign policy agenda and
undermined it time and again.
Surely, he wouldn’t make the same mistake in his second term, would he?
Well, Marco Rubio will be Secretary of State, Pete Hegseth Secretary of Defense, and John Ratcliffe CIA DIrector. You make the call.
Rubio for Secretary of State is especially hard to understand since the State Department runs the empire.
It is the source of all regime change plans, both military and the color revolution variety. This was the one position a peace candidate would not fill with a neocon.
It's not all bad, though. Tulsi Gabbard made it into the administration, as did Matt Gaetz, who is far more impressive than the cartoon version you see in out of context soundbites.
