I can't tell you how many people have said to me over the years that they generally agree with my views on the empire but feel there is nothing they can do about it.
Who can blame them? What is the average Joe or Jill supposed to do against the $7 trillion monstrosity in D.C. or even the tyrannical government in Albany, Sacramento, or Boston?
Well, one small business owner from my home town in deep blue New York has answered that question emphatically.
During peak insanity in 2020, he refused to close his business. First
they sent a bureaucrat. When she was shown the door, she brought back a police officer. When the police officer couldn't produce a warrant, he and the bureaucrat were shown the door.
Now, I'm sure you assume this rebel was fined into bankruptcy and thrown in jail for life, right? Wrong. He went to court against Andrew Cuomo himself and won.
Then, he took up the cause of school closures
and mask mandates. He did get himself arrested four times - and acquitted four times. And his pressure force his school district to reopen the schools.
Of course, I'm talking about the great Robby Dinero. He's at it again, but this time Robby's not playing defense. He's gone on offense with a high powered civil rights attorney and is suing the daylights out of everyone involved in persecuting him for exercising his
rights.
He joins me on today's episode of Tom Mullen Talks Freedom. This is one you don't want to miss. If you haven't already subscribed on Apple or your favorite podcast app, then do so today. You can find show notes and a link to Robby's complaint here.
